Nish Kumar Brings Good Vibes Only to Aberdeen

Nish Kumar, one of the most canny political comedians of recent years, is making a triumphant return to the Tivoli Theatre with his new stand-up show, Nish Don’t Kill My Vibe on Friday 13th September.

In a year crackling with political tension, Nish is set to deliver an evening of thought-provoking satire and his signature politically charged commentary. Hailed by both The Guardian and The Telegraph as one of the 50 Best Comedians of the 21st Century, he promises to bring a show that’s as hilarious as it is insightful.

A Force in the Comedy World

This new show from Kumar is poised to tackle everything from the climate crisis and income inequality to the complexities of being a British Indian in today’s political climate. Expect an 80-minute journey of sharp wit and poignant observations.

He is known not only for his stand-up comedy but also for his appearances on podcasts, TV and radio.

As host of Pod Save the UK, which regularly tops the podcast charts, Nish and journalist Coco Khan team up with politicians, specialists, and celebrated guests to delve into the news, search for practical solutions, and encourage listeners to take action. He has been featured on popular TV shows like Q.I., Mock The Week, and Live At The Apollo.

Cutting to the Core of Current Affairs

For those who appreciate comedy that cuts to the core of current affairs Nish Don’t Kill My Vibe is an unmissable event. It’s a great chance to see one of the most intelligent and engaging comedians on the circuit today, right here in Aberdeen.
