May’s shaping up to be a lively month at Aberdeen’s Tivoli Theatre, with a full calendar of shows covering comedy, live music, family entertainment and musical theatre. Whether you’re after a night of nostalgia, a chance to see a favourite comedian or something for the kids, there’s something to look forward to every week.

The month begins on Thursday 1 May with acclaimed US comic Rich Hall, bringing his latest show Chin Music to the Tivoli. His dry, observational humour and wry musical interludes have made him popular with UK audiences. The following night, Friday 2 May, Northern Soul Live takes the stage with The Signatures, fronted by Stefan Taylor and joined by special guest Lorraine Silver for a high-energy live soul experience.
