Love Takes Centre Stage This Valentine’s Night at Sabotage

Sabotage is set to transform The Tunnels into a sanctuary of queer joy, blending music, art, and radical inclusivity this Valentine’s night. Headlined by Edinburgh’s DJ Melted, a trailblazer in Scotland’s LGBTQ+ scene, the night promises four hours of pop edits, disco reworks, and euphoric house beats. Resident DJ Inner Saboteur and dynamic hype dancers will keep energy high, while immersive art installations reimagine the space as a canvas for self-expression.
Sabotage thrives on music that bridges queer heritage and contemporary sounds. Sets begin with disco and nu-disco grooves, shift through ’80s synth rhythms, and crescendo with the raw intensity of Dirty House. This curated sonic journey pays tribute to LGBTQ+ clubbing legacies while forging new paths—a balance that defines Sabotage’s identity.
Beyond the beats, the night prioritises safety and authenticity. Attendees are encouraged to embrace their truest selves in an environment free from judgment, where respect underpins every interaction. This event kicks off six Sabotage nights planned for 2025, each showcasing Scotland’s queer talent and strengthening Aberdeen’s LGBTQ+ community.
