It’s no secret that we are big fans of Nuart Aberdeen and everything it has brought to the city. Our streets are now a huge gallery of amazing accessible art. The 2024 festival brought a whole new crop of amazing artwork.

Nuart Aberdeen continues to make waves, and now you can relive the highlights of this year's festival with a stunning new video. The film captures the excitement and artistry of the 2024 festival weekend, showcasing top street artists like CBLOXX and KMG in action. You'll also see kids enjoying the Chalk Don’t Chalk event and hundreds of art lovers taking part in walking tours of the city's vibrant murals.

The video culminates with breathtaking aerial footage of Hera’s massive mural on Union Point at the harbour, framed by the iconic Aberdeen cityscape. This powerful image has quickly become synonymous with the Granite City, symbolising the artistic transformation that Nuart Aberdeen has sparked.

The release of this video coincides with impressive figures from a post-festival survey conducted by Aberdeen Inspired, which organises the event alongside Aberdeen City Council and Reed Projects. According to the survey, 87% of visitors rated their experience at Nuart Aberdeen 2024 as excellent or very good. Additionally, 95% of respondents expressed their desire for the festival to return, and 96% agreed that Nuart Aberdeen has positively impacted the city.

The festival's reputation continues to grow. This year Nuart Aberdeen was named one of the top six street art festivals in the world. It placed Aberdeen alongside major cities like Rio de Janeiro, Sydney, and San Francisco. This accolade further highlights the city's growing status as a global hub for street art.
