Aberdeen Arts Centre Sets Stage for Dick Whittington Pantomime
Talegate Theatre Productions partners again with Aberdeen Arts Centre to present the magical Dick Whittington pantomime this year.
Okay, so we’re not yet in June and we’re already thinking about Christmas…but…Aberdeen Arts Centre has announced its 2024 pantomime, Dick Whittington. Tickets for the show are already on sale and it’s worth getting in there early for what is set to be a dazzling holiday treat.
Talegate Theatre Productions returns this year for the production, and partners with Aberdeen Arts Centre for the fifth year to present another festive show. Dick Whittington promises to whisk audiences away on an extraordinary journey along with his clever cat. They’ll venture to a city rumoured to have streets paved with gold.
The pair soon find themselves up against Queen Rat, who has overrun the city with fear and fleas, helped by her army of pesky minions. This twist sets the stage for a classic pantomime filled with adventure, humour, and the timeless battle between good and evil.
